TR 5LE safe lighting (SAFE™, CZ)

TR 5LE - safe lighting of the safe/weapon cabinet interior via LED with choice of light low intensity(night)/high intensity (day).

Designed for weapon cabinets TSS 170, that have two internal lockable inner boxes and a vertical shelf partition. The lighting is delivered together with the respective safe as a custom production incl. accumulator (accu included in the price). Alternatively an external backup power supply can be provided, e.g. AWZ 230, AWZ 300, AWZ 333.

The philosophy of lighting is such that during the day it does not matter high intensity of lighting inside the safe, on the contrary, it is often desirable. But in the evening or at night, there are situations you need to keep an overview inside the vault but not to unnecessarily draw attention to itself by the surrounding light. In addition, even in the dark, the eyes are more accustomed to dim light and are not dazzled by intense brightness for further possible tactical activity...

Specifications and technical parameters :

LED stripes in aluminum bars with diffuser cover are placed vertically in the front corners of the safe + horizontally in the upper corner of the inner box. LED stripes are connected in parallel - all together illuminate when the safe door/s are opened.

Color temperature: 2700K to 3000K (warm white)

LED power: 2.4 W/m resp. 4.8 W/m, power corresponding to tape length according to the safe size

Power supply: battery 12V/7Ah (9Ah), lead, closed (VRLA-AGM), e.g.: AKU UT1270, AKU OT7-12 F2, PG-12V9 F2

Protection: fusible tube fuse 5x20 mm, T 1A/250V, in screwed housing

Cabling: SiF 0.5mm², Cu conductors in silicone insulation, -40°C to +125°C

Control :

Main - concealed microswitch (ON/OFF/ON), toggle. Light intensity: 25% - OFF - 100%.

Operating - microswitch with roller, controlled by opening the safe door. The switch closes when the door is opened to 5° or more, switch-off when the door is closed (and locked).

Tested battery life (12V/7Ah): cca 150x opening the safe/vault door (2x per day/1 min.), practically 3 to 5 month

Recharging the accu: three-stage charger for Pb battery OptiMATE 1. It is recommended to recharge accu 4x a year according to the intensity of use of the safe. The charger is not included in TR 5LE product.

ATTENTION - lighting can not be ordered separately, only with a safe (vault) as a custom adjustment. The adjustment requires a large proportion of manual work, accurate measurement and positioning of the elements, as every safe of even the same type and batch can vary in millimeters or fractions thereof. This plays a major role in the installation and fine-tuning of the switch-on / switch-off positions, the positioning of the LED strips, the electrical wiring and the wall penetrations, etc.
